Reviews
Before I ordered on door dash, I called them and said that it’s not giving me the option to select chicken breast. The person on the phone said place the order and call back. I called back ordered the white meat and gravy on the rice. The order comes it has gravy on the rice but dark meat. When I called back I explained to the person on the phone what had happened and she said I would have to pay extra. Mind you I order this all the time and never pay extra. The money was not the problem, the guy the answered the first time should have said so instead of insuring me that my order will be correct. Then she said she couldn’t take it back. They lost a good one. I order a least 3 to 4 times a week
The young lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. Food from here was just what my life needed in that moment. We ordered the Jerk pork, Oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and mac n cheese. Caribbean flavor through and through. I also purchased the bun and cheese. So fragrant and delicious as well.
Oxtail with Mac and cheese is great but stick with the small size, not sure if the "large" size is really worth it.
Pickup section is to the left.
Be patient, it is slow but worth the wait.
Have your order info ready besides just your name.
Their soup is great too but it's not always available.
Jerk chicken is not spicy or anything so I avoid it.
I Will say the food is good, however u offer cabbage
or plantanos with out stating there is an extra charge. The very least u can do is give me what I paid for.
I order a large jerk chicken meal & in the notes I asked for stew chicken sauce. They don’t read the notes because a number of times I asked for sauce and they didn’t give me it. I decided to call the restaurant and ask them to put the …
It’s really disgusting how they do you. The food is good, but you should never burn a bridge with a good customer. I won’t be back.
Integrity is everything I’ll go to smokehouse from now on at least they do me, right
really good food, all the time. the food is consistent. not hit or miss, you'll enjoy the good every time you go. Good selection of things and very flavorful and well seasoned.
Great price and very generous portions. We ordered a small oxtail & beans with rice and mac and cheese, which was enough for two people. Food tastes delicious. We called and were able to pick it up within 15 minutes.
The food is good. Curry chicken is a bit too spicy. They charge for the gravy.
Not sure if that's a thing everywhere
Basically a hit and miss here. Here's a photos of my soup in the garbage because that's exactly what it tasted like. The soup had 3 dumplings in a large soup, the chicken was bland and tasteless but the soup itself tasted almost sour. The …
